Buying from a Brisbane business

We're an online store, so there's no showroom to walk through, but being local still counts: our phone and email are answered in Brisbane business hours, Monday to Friday. Smaller items can be collected from our warehouse by arrangement, and collection may be offered at checkout when it's available. Delivery around Brisbane and South East Queensland

Once an order is paid and processed, it's usually dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. After dispatch, delivery to metro Brisbane usually takes 2 to 5 business days, and to the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast usually 2 to 7. Those are estimates: a supplier backlog can hold things up.

A kitchen beside the fryers, an open shopfront or a market stall needs more headroom than an air-conditioned dining room. Our tropical rated fridges are built for hot, humid rooms.

Humidity shows up on glass, too. When warm, damp air meets a cold glass door it fogs, and customers can't see what's inside. Double-glazed or heated glass reduces it, and so does keeping the fridge out of direct sun and away from steam. Whatever you choose, leave the ventilation gap the maker asks for and keep the condenser clean: a fridge boxed in tight behind a counter has nowhere to send its heat.
