The Thermaster PA3100TNC runs at +2 to +8°C with 580L gross volume, rated for 40°C, 40%RH ambient. Built entirely in AISI 304 stainless steel inside and out, with rounded internal edges and a ventilated refrigeration system, it is designed for hard daily use and quick cleaning between shifts.
