A mini cool room gives a kitchen roll-in cold storage for whole trolleys of food. Thermaster's trolley-friendly cabinets hold between 580 and 1,450 litres, in single-access versions that open from the front and pass-through versions with doors on both sides, for kitchens that load from prep and unload at service. Each one is a single freestanding refrigerated cabinet, 2,200 mm high, in one or two door widths.
