And thanks to 1/1GN compatibility, you can quickly swap out pans, transferring food directly into a blast chiller, combi oven or freezer without having to change containers.

Fan assisted cooling ensures temperatures are brought down quickly - even when the doors are being opened regularly - essential in busy pro kitchens.
